Welcome to Quote Squad, a web-based quoting tool designed to help tradespeople provide instant, accurate quotes to their customers. By signing up for and using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Quote Squad (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a quoting widget that can be embedded on your website, enabling customers to get instant job estimates based on your inputs and criteria. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any associated products.
We offer a 60-day free trial to new customers. This trial gives you full access to all Quote Squad features with no upfront payment required.
The free trial starts on the day your quote tool goes “live”. Live meaning available for the public to use. It ends automatically after 60 days unless you cancel or choose a paid plan beforehand.
During the trial period, you may cancel at any time without incurring charges.
After the 60-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled.
Payments are collected via GoCardless, a secure Direct Debit provider. By signing up, you agree to set up a Direct Debit mandate through GoCardless.
Subscription fees will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up and in all billing documentation.
You will receive at least 5 days’ notice before the first payment is collected via GoCardless.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, either during the free trial or once your paid plan begins.
Cancellations must be made via email at support@joinquotesquad.com.
If you cancel after your billing cycle has started, your access will continue until the end of that period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during sign-up and when managing your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the platform, copy its code, or use it for any unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect abuse or violation of these terms.
We may update or modify the platform to improve functionality or fix bugs.
Pricing and service features may also change with reasonable notice to you.
Quote Squad is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
